CRUZAMIENTO INTRAESPECÍFICO EN EL CEMPOALXOCHITL (Tagetes erecta L.)

چکیده

Para conocer el cruzamiento intraespecífico y su posible implicación en la domesticación del Cempoalxochitl (Tagetes erecta L.), se realizó manualmente autopolinización polinización cruzada intrapoblacional (PaP) T. cultivada pariente silvestre. La silvestre produjo poca semilla (17 %), mientras que cultivado fue mayor (74 %); con PaP, hubo alta producción de semillas ambas poblaciones (91 a 95 %). En silvestre, las PaP germinaron poco (0-4 pero más (19-31 cultivado, germinación (93- 96 % 100 PaP) Plantas silvestres obtenidas por presentaron morfología floral normal, cercana incrementos hasta respecto fenotipo normal; plantas cultivadas expresión floral, resultando mejor autopolinización. derivadas formaron pocas (6 (24 cultivadas, originadas 32 semillas, lo cual menor aquellas (62 Las respuestas mostró progenie obtenida autopolinización, tendencia parecida permiten plantear población progenies modificaciones seleccionadas durante proceso erecta.
